Glove size is typically determined by your body weight and the type of training you are doing. For bag work, 12oz to 14oz gloves are standard, while 16oz gloves are recommended for sparring to ensure maximum safety.
What is the shipping timeframe for heavy bags?
Heavy bags and large training equipment usually ship via ground freight within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
Can I return gear if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mouthguards and hand wraps cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How should I clean and maintain my training equipment?
To extend the life of your gear, wipe down gloves and pads with a damp cloth and mild disinfectant after every session. Always allow your equipment to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Century Kickboxing equipment comes with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
